1. Shipping
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
United States Delivery
Standard: 5 to 10 business days. Free U.S. shipping applies on orders $150+.
Other Destinations
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates for other eligible destinations are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
2. Returns
14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item, damage, or an error on our part.
Return Procedure
- Email support@bugaofficiel.com with your order number and the item(s) concerned.
- Wait for return confirmation, instructions, and the return address.
- Ship the package securely using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, contact support@bugaofficiel.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@bugaofficiel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional return-shipping cost to you.
