What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item without providing a reason. Items must be new, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@bugaofficiel.com with your order number and the item concerned. We will send you the return instructions.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item.
Can I exchange an item?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the size or style you want.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, opened underwear and personal accessories cannot be returned.
